Two OSAA quarterfinal state playoff games this week will be officiated by Central Oregon Football Officials Association crews, COFOA commissioner Kurt Renstrom announced Wednesday.

Assigned to the Class 4A game Friday night between Henley and Mazama at Mazama High in Klamath Falls are referee Chuck Aldred, of Culver; umpire Jeff Adkins, of Bend; head linesman Nathan Hofer, of Bend; line judge Hayes McCoy, of Redmond; and back judge Marcus LeGrand, of Redmond.

Officials for the Class 1A game Saturday afternoon in Dufur between Adrian and Dufur will be referee Steve Quick, of Hines; umpire Paul Fristedt, of Bend; head linesman Scott Roots, of Bend; line judge William Hocker, of Redmond; and back judge Michael Durre, of Bend.

Renstrom also announced that Hocker has been named COFOA’s official of the year for 2017.
