A nonconference opener against Oklahoma State of the Big 12 is one of two Friday night home games highlighting the 2019 Oregon State football schedule announced Tuesday.

The Beavers will face the Cowboys on Aug. 30 to open a 12-game schedule that will include two byes. Oregon State plays at Hawaii on Sept. 7 and hosts Cal Poly on Sept. 14 to round out the nonconference slate. The Beavers’ Pac-12 opener will be Sept. 28 at home against Stanford.

Other schedule highlights for Oregon State include a Friday night game Nov. 8 against Washington at Reser Stadium, and the Civil War game against archrival Oregon in Eugene on Nov. 30.
