Ridgeview, Crook County and Sisters will all host first-round state volleyball playoff matches on Saturday, each team one win way from an OSAA state championship tournament berth.

In Class 5A play, Intermountain Conference champion and top-seeded Ridgeview will entertain No. 16 seed Parkrose at 1 p.m. in Redmond. In Prineville, IMC runner-up Crook County, the No. 5 seed in the 16-team field, takes on No. 12 Ashland at a time to be determined. First-round winners advance to the 5A tournament Nov. 8-9 at Liberty High School in Hillsboro.

In Class 4A, Sisters is at home Saturday against Cottage Grove. The Outlaws, No. 1 from the Oregon West Conference, are the No. 2 playoff seed, while the Lions are No. 15. Game time at Sisters High is set for 3 p.m. The Sisters-Cottage Grove winner moves on to the 4A tournament Nov. 8-9 at Forest Grove High School.
