A rundown of games and events to watch for locally and nationally from the world of sports (all times Pacific):


Baseball, College World Series at Omaha, Nebraska, Oregon State vs. LSU, 4 p.m. (ESPN): After clawing back to beat Cal State Fullerton in the opening round for their 22nd consecutive win, the No. 1 Beavers will face the Tigers looking to take one more step toward the CWS Final. The OSU-LSU winner advances to the Bracket 1 final on Friday; the loser faces an elimination game Wednesday.


Golf: PGA Professional Championship in Sunriver, 4 p.m. (Golf Channel): The final round of the four-day tournament takes place at Crosswater Club and will feature the low scorers from a starting field of 312 vying for shares of a $550,000 prize purse and qualification for the PGA Championship, one of four major championships on the PGA Tour. Pro basketball, NBA draft in Brooklyn, New York, 4 p.m. (ESPN): The 76ers are reported to have reached an agreement to trade for the Celtics’ No. 1 overall pick and are expected to take Washington Huskies point guard Markelle Fultz. The Lakers, at No. 2, figure to select UCLA point guard Lonzo Ball. The Trail Blazers have three first-round picks (Nos. 15, 20 and 26), at least one of which they are likely to trade.


WCL baseball, Kelowna Falcons at Bend Elks, 6:35 p.m.: Back home after a six-game road trip in Washington, the Elks entertain Kelowna in the opener of a three-game series at Vince Genna Stadium. A solid start to the season hit a bump over the weekend in Bellingham, where the Elks dropped the first two games of a three-game set with the Bells.


Bend Paddleboard Challenge, 9:30 a.m.: This annual event on the Deschutes River at Riverbend Park is popular among participants and spectators alike. The action starts with a 5-mile race, followed by a 1-mile race at 11:30 a.m., kids races at 12:45 p.m. and sprint races at 1:30 p.m. Free demos are planned for after the racing.
