Crook County schools on two-hour delay

Crook County School District has called for a two-hour delay this morning due to snowy and slick road conditions for Wednesday, Jan. 10. The delays gives the school transportation department, maintenance crews, school staff, and families more time to travel area roads safely.

Students riding the bus will be picked up two hours later than the regular time. For example, if your child is picked up by the bus at 7:30 a.m., they will now be picked up at 9:30 a.m. The school day will end at the regular time, and afternoon bus routes will operate on their normal schedule.

If it’s decide to keep a child home from school, the district asks for call to the school to have the absence excused.
