Transitory Inflation

Basically, more of the status-quo for Bend: development, expansion, law and order. Lot's of consulting jargon, which should impress non-business people. His politics seems neo-boomer to me. Public safety, UGB expansion, give city land to developers. I won't feel bad if he wins; but I am an incumbent wealthy Bendite and not bothered by the status-quo. Also a steal at $400 a month. Both mayor candidates are an upgrade imo. We are fortunate.
