A memorial in Portland was created after the death of Sean Kealiher, who was killed in 2019 after being struck by an SUV. Portland Police arrested a 47-year-old Portland man in Kealiher's death.

Portland police have announced an arrest in the death of left-wing activist Sean Kealiher — seemingly ending nearly three years of speculation over the notorious killing.

Officers arrested Christopher E. Knipe, 47, on Thursday on a single count of second-degree murder. Kealiher, 23, was fatally struck by an SUV just after midnight on Oct. 12, 2019.
