Police are searching for additional victims after arresting a 25-year-old Bend man on suspicion of raping and sexually abusing a minor.

On Wednesday morning, Keaneu Evert Riley was arrested at the office of Deschutes County Parole & Probation and taken to the Deschutes County jail.

Bend Police said it received information Riley had abused a minor over a period of months, and on at least one occasion, he gave the boy methamphetamine. The alleged abuse is said to have taken place at locations around Bend.

Police searched Riley’s home, an apartment in southeast Bend, and discovered additional evidence.

The Bend Police Department “believes through the course of its investigation there could be at least two more minor victims and (is) actively working on identifying these victims,” according to a news release from Bend Police Department.

Riley is being held without bail on suspicion of two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of third-degree rape, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, two counts of third-degree sexual abuse, one count of third-degree sodomy and one count of delivering methamphetamine to a minor.
