Bend police Sunday evening identified the men involved in a shooting incident that left two dead in northeast Bend early Saturday.
The men who died were identified as Kyle Scott Adams, 33, of Bend, and Tyler William Herrick, 31, of Bend.
Police further identified 31-year-old Brennan Willey Pebbles of Bend as an “involved person” in the investigation, and said Pebbles was cooperating with investigators. No arrests had been made.
The incident occurred early Saturday morning in the 20000 block of NE Sierra Drive in Bend. Police received calls from neighbors about “shots heard” at about 1:20 a.m. A 31-year-old Bend resident called 911 to say he shot a man inside his residence.
Police at the scene found Herrick dead and a Adams with life-threatening injuries. Adams later died at St. Charles Bend.
Bend Police detectives, Oregon State Police and the Deschutes County District Attorney’s Office are investigating. Investigators and OSP’s crime lab executed a search warrant at two residences on Sierra Drive.
