Oktoberfest returns to McMenamins Old St. Francis School on Saturday with all the beer, bratwurst and sauerkraut (that would be the house-made kümmel kraut, per McMenamins website) you can imbibe. Of course, what would an Old St. Francis School celebration be without live music? Performances start at 1 p.m. in the O’Kanes courtyard, with the lineup featuring Bend cover band Dive Bar Theology (known for covering modern pop songs in an indie rock style, ala Ryan Adams doing Taylor Swift) and local roots-punk quartet Bony Chanterelle, which recently played the High Desert Underground Music Fest at Volcanic Theatre Pub. Colton Americana group Cedar Teeth, a regular at venues such as Volcanic Theatre Pub and the Old St. Francis School, will headline with its multidimensional roots mix, which channels the spirit of The Band through alt-indie rockers such as Neutral Milk Hotel and Elliott Smith.

Oktoberfest with Cedar Teeth, Bony Chanterelle, Dive Bar Theology: 1 p.m. Saturday; free; McMenamins Old St. Francis School, 700 NW Bond St., Bend; mcmenamins.com or 541-382-5174.
