Drift Spa at The Riverhouse on The Deschutes opened March 20. Ascent Architecture & Interiors provided interior design services for the new luxury spa, which is open to hotel guests and the public.

Grafletics , an Oregon sport and lifestyle apparel company, opened in the Old Mill District, 450 SW Powerhouse Drive, Suite 408. Owner and graphic designer Rick Gilbert opened Grafletics’ flagship location in Portland two years ago, and Bend is the company’s first retail expansion. The new shop will sell tickets for Les Schwab Amphitheater and Old Mill District gift cards.

Rockwell American Services in Terrebonne is the U.S. Small Business Administration 2019 Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year for the Pacific Northwest Region, covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. Sweet Tooth Candy Shoppe in the Old Mill District has a new owner, Alan Radoulovitch, who moved to Bend with his wife, Melissa, an Oregon native, last year. Sweet Tooth, 450 SW Powerhouse Drive, Suite 402, has been open since 2012.

Radiant Day Spa in the Old Mill District is now owned by Tara Mortenson, a yoga instructor and self-care advocate. The spa is at 520 SW Powerhouse Drive, Suite 627, the space previously occupied by Bend Day Spa.
