Years ago, I inherited some old classic ski gear, and I have enjoyed the trails at Virginia Meissner Sno-park and Mt. Bachelor Nordic Center several days each winter.

I skate xc ski everyday and I could not imagine life without it. Take some lessons to learn good form and stick to trails you can do in good form.

Skate skiing has become my go-to for enhancing my physical/emotional well-being. Nothing better than flying through the forest on groomed snow!
