It’s no wonder Reno’s Jelly Bread has become a Central Oregon fixture over the years. Its cross-section of funk freak-outs, country swagger, soulful gospel and snarling guitars — which can be heard on the band’s most recent album, 2015’s “Here, There and Everywhere” — has made the quartet a fit for everything from Volcanic Theatre Pub to The Belfry to Munch & Music (fitting, given the name) in recent years. This time out, the band brings the dance party to one of Central Oregon’s newest concert series at the Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill on Friday. If you can’t resist a solid groove or a free, all-ages show (and who in these parts can’t?), this one’s for you.
Jelly Bread: 7 p.m. Friday, doors open at 6 p.m.; free; Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill, 190 E. Cascade Ave., Sisters; sisterssaloon.net or 541-549-7427.
