Who: Plein air painter Shelly Wierzba’s artwork is on display at the Red Chair Gallery through June. After an early retirement from the scientific field, Wierzba picked up a brush and hasn’t looked back. The award-winning artist frequently switches mediums and subject matters from watercolor still life to oil landscapes painted plein air, or outdoors. The current exhibition will focus on these modern impressionist landscapes.
