Front Desk Reception

The right person for this position will be the initial face and voice of The Bulletin for employees and customers coming into the building or contacting the company by phone. The position includes managing the phone system, routing all calls to various departments/personnel, greeting employees and guests to the building, processing and routing all mail to various departments, management of the cash register, recording and preparing receipts for customers placing classified ads, daily reconciliation of the newspaper, managing incoming and outgoing Federal Express. This position requires some knowledge of general office functions and procedures.

We are looking for a team player with a positive, professional attitude and strong customer service skills. The right person will be prompt, reliable, and comfortable with operating a small variety of software as well as the internet.

Must be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers. This is a full-time entry level position. Hours are from 7:30-4:30 M-F.
