Bend home prices were flat in November, and sales activity dropped to a level more typical of winter, according to the Beacon Report by Beacon Appraisal Group.
The median sale price of a single-family home in the Bend area was $433,000, which was even with October and 11 percent higher than November 2017, according to the Beacon Report, which draws on Central Oregon Association of Realtors data.
November brought 170 closings, down 12.8 percent from 195 the previous November. It was the fewest transactions since February.
Homes sold in November spent an average of 107 days on the market, the highest average since February.
In Redmond, the median single-family home price rose 5.5 percent since October to $305,000. The median price was even with November 2017.
There were 74 closings, similar to the previous November.
Homes spent an average 99 days on the market, up 18 percent from the average of 84 days in November 2017.
