The newest hotel in Bend, the 105-suite Marriott Residence Inn on Bond Street, opens Thursday, the hotel chain announced.
Located in the Old Mill District, the hotel is near downtown, the Les Schwab Amphitheater and the Deschutes River.
The all-suite hotel is designed for extended-stay travel of five or more days and is managed by InnVentures, of Tukwila, Washington. The last new hotel to open in Bend was the 119-room Best Western Premier Peppertree Inn at Bend in July.
“We are pleased to introduce Residence Inn hotels in the Bend area,” said Diane Mayer, Residence Inn vice president and global brand manager.
Marriott is among the global leaders in the extended-stay lodging segment, with more than 700 properties in more than 10 countries and territories.
