The News app offers access to the latest news as it happens with customizable features for mobile and tablet devices.

- The e-Edition app offers digital replicas of the printed newspaper.
Visit the Subscribe section of our website to choose from available subscription options.
Your login information will be the same for the app as it is on our website.
Go to your device’s Settings and find Notifications.
Find the app and turn on/off push notification alerts.
The menu (circle with three lines) is located next to the app logo in the top left corner of the app. There you will find sections, favorites, search and settings.
The “My News” section is your personalized news feed with the categories you select.
The “Home” section contains the most recent news stories.
Click on the squares next to “My News” in the top right corner of the app.
Select categories to customize the topics you are interested in.
Items highlighted blue will populate your news feed.
The app contains our most current news content.
You can search past articles on our website and/or access archived copies of the printed newspaper with our e-Edition app.
Content can be viewed offline in out-of-network areas or in flight.
New content refreshes when internet service is accessible.

Google Cast will only work for videos in the app.
There must be a compatible Chromecast device nearby to cast the video to.
You can view the e-Edition with the Browser or E-Book options, but you can’t open an app from within another app.
To use the e-Edition app you must download it to your phone from the app store. Go here to download.
You can download and install the app for free. However, a valid digital membership or qualifying home-delivery subscription will be required to continue accessing the content.
