For Bend’s ‘Brady Bunch,’ this PPP might be the last, Competitors (from left) Erica Coe, 22, Shannon MacRitchie, 21, Sam Murillo, 22, and Hannah Perry, 22, have been Pole Pedal Paddle teammates every year for more than a decade. “The Brady Bunch” holds up a photo from the PPP in 1997, when the girls ran the race for the first time in the 12-and-under category.

Third PPP win is a hot one for Bend’s Marshall Greene, Marshall Greene approaches an icy downslope during the cross-country skiing portion of the 2008 Pole Pedal Paddle on Saturday. Greene, the two-time defending champion, won the race for the third consecutive year.
