Burying carbon before it reaches the air

Equipment at the Boundary Dam Power Station in Canada will be used to capture carbon dioxide produced by a coal-fired boiler and bury it deep underground. If all goes as planned, the effort will be the first major one of its kind -- the equivalent of taking about 250,000 cars off the road. (SaskPower via The New York Times)
