China Forbes will postpone her January Jazz at the Oxford concerts to April 6 and 7 in order to recover from rotator cuff surgery.
The Portland-based Pink Martini vocalist was diagnosed with a tear in her rotator cuff that requires immediate surgery, according to a press release from Pink Martini. She is expected to be off the road until February at the earliest, with Storm Large filling in for a number of Pink Martini dates in January, the release said.
Forbes’ Jazz at the Oxford shows were originally scheduled for 7 p.m. Jan. 12 and 5 and 8 p.m. Jan. 13, and were all sold out. Previously purchased tickets will be honored at the corresponding date and time. Ticket holders who cannot make the new dates should contact Ticket Tomato at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-820-8994, according to an email from The Oxford Hotel.
