DUII — Theodore Edward Hurd, 72, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 9:23 p.m. Dec. 4, in the area of Fairway Heights and Northwest Mt. Washington drives.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported and an arrest made at 9:23 p.m. Dec. 4, in the area of Fairway Heights and Northwest Mt. Washington drives.

DUII — Courtney Brianna Coodey, 25, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 5:06 p.m. Dec. 5, in the area of Northeast Bear Creek Road and Northeast 13th Street.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 10:44 a.m. Dec. 6, in the 100 block of Northwest Oregon Avenue.
