Severe weather warning lifted

But weather service was tracking a strong storm in eastern Crook County

The National Weather Service has lifted a severe weather warning for north-central Deschutes County and central Jefferson County. The warning was in effect from about 6:30 until 8:30 p.m.

However, the weather service issued an advisory for eastern Crook County. Weather service radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12 miles south of Paulina or 45 miles southeast of Prineville that was moving northeast. Hail and wind gusts were possible.
