Darin Butschy looks over whole-cone centennial hops. Oblivion’s brewmaster takes pride in what goes into his beer. “I moved up here in search of the good, clean water we have,” he said. “We’re right in the middle of where our ingredients are grown. There’s hop farms just over the mountains.” One of the hoppy beers he makes is Backside IPA, named for the back side of Mt. Bachelor.
