I am not a big fan of President Barack Obama, largely because of his centrist policies. I did vote for him, primarily in response to the Republican war on women and the racism of the tea party wing of the Republican Party.
Republicans like Maralyn Thoma and Jonathan Kahnoski need to stop complaining and accept the fact that Obama won re-election. They are out of touch with the majority of people in this country and apparently still can’t believe that voters rejected their program, their ideas and their candidate. A clear majority of people in this country want the rich to pay more taxes. Obama needs to hang tough on this issue and make them pay their fair share.
