The U.S. government wants to help you track your calories and manage your health.

The Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion, part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, created SuperTracker, a free website to help you plan, analyze and track your food intake and physical activity, based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.

It allows you to: find out what and how much to eat; track foods, physical activities and weight; personalize your goal setting, virtual coaching and journaling.
