Median home prices in Bend and Redmond dropped a little last month, compared with March, according to a report released Tuesday by the Bratton Appraisal Group.
The median price in April for a single-family home in Bend dipped to $261,000, about $9,000 less than March’s median, according to the report. Last month, 184 single-family homes sold in Bend, an increase of 21 sales over March, according to the report.
In Redmond, the median price last month for a single-family home, $157,000, represented a drop of about $7,000 from the median in March. Sales in Redmond increased to 52 single-family homes, 10 more than in March.
While median prices fluctuate from month to month, they have maintained an upward trend recently in both cities.
