Kristine Parker has joined Fratzke Commercial Real Estate in Bend as office manager. She will be responsible for all administration and support of the brokerage and coordination of broker activities. Parker has nine years of experience as an operations and property manager, and she is a licensed real estate broker and notary. She has an associate degree from Boise State University.

Seth Johnson has been selected as the new executive director for the Opportunity Foundation of Central Oregon. Johnson has a master’s degree in special education and has spent most of his career in the Oregon public school system working with special needs individuals. Recently, he was the service coordinator and crisis diversion specialist with Deschutes County Behavioral Health.

Martha Gerlicher and Traci Kemnitz of the Norma DuBois and Julie Moe Team at Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty have received the Accredited Buyers Representative designation, given for completing training in protecting and promoting clients’ interests.
