Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch purchased a 51-acre property and plans to expand its therapeutic horse training services, according to a news release from Compass Commercial Real Estate Services.
The ranch owners bought a ranch property on Innes Market Road north of Tumalo, across the road from their current property, for about $1.1 million.
A donor made the purchase possible, according to the news release. The new property includes horse training and breeding facilities, as well as an indoor covered arena.
The owners of Crystal Peaks bought their current property in 1993, according to the company’s website.
