The Wild & Scenic Film Festival — billed as one of the nation’s premiere environmental and adventure film fests — is coming to Bend on Oct. 3.

A benefit for the Oregon Natural Desert Association, the festival this year takes the audience to Alaskan mountain peaks, through Japanese snowstorms and over coastal California raptor nesting grounds.

Tickets are on sale now at onda.org/wild&scenic.

For the first time, two screenings will take place. The event also features refreshments and raffle prizes from local, environmentally minded businesses.
