• Victor Ellingsen has joined Sun Forest Construction as a custom homes project manager. He has multifaceted experience managing high-end custom homes as well as light commercial, tenant improvement and government projects.

• Adam Goggins, licensed professional and mental health counselor, has joined Lutheran Community Services Northwest to work in the 24/7 Crisis Program. His professional experience includes working in leadership roles with St. Charles Behavioral Health, Columbia River Mental Health, Lines for Life and Concordia University.

• Christy Davis has joined Lutheran Community Services Northwest as a counselor on the child and family services team. She has a master’s degree in psychology and counseling and has worked as a counselor and social worker for 13 years.

• Walter Lee has joined Lutheran Community Services Northwest as an adult mental health counselor. He holds two master’s degrees in counseling and a doctorate in education management. Lee has held several key leadership positions with Curry Community Health, Columbia Care Services, Deschutes County and Volunteers in Medicine.

• Dennis Mulaskey has joined Lutheran Community Services Northwest as facility manager. He has 15 years serving in facilities maintenance for the Opportunity Foundation of Central Oregon. His background includes facility maintenance, remodels, general contracting, vendor management and fleet vehicles.

• Julie Leutschaft has joined Lutheran Community Services Northwest as human resource professional. She brings 30 years of experience in complex health care systems, nonprofits and intergovernmental agencies. Julie holds a dual master’s degree in public administration and health care administration from Portland State University. Her career includes working for Oregon Health Sciences University, Hospice of Redmond/Sisters and St. Charles Health System.

• Shannon Grey was named top listing agent at Coldwell Banker Mayfield Realty, Redmond, for the month of October.

• Julie Fahlgren and Kristin Prosser were named top selling agents at Coldwell Banker Mayfield Realty, Redmond, for the month of October.

• C.J. Adrien, local author and Summit High School graduate, has been signed by international book publisher Creativia. The company will translate and publish his current series of books, “Kindred of the Sea,” in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese and Italian. They also plan to publish Adrien’s new series on the Vikings in France, due to be released in late 2018.

• Sgt. William Bailey has been named public information officer of the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office and will serve as the primary point of contact for the public and media regarding community affairs.

• Aaron Buckman has joined Ascent Architecture & Interiors as a designer. He is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects.
