A man who allegedly fired a gun at his adult daughter in Tumalo Friday afternoon was lodged in the Deschutes County jail and is facing charges of attempted murder.

Not long after the incident was reported at 2:23 p.m., Deschutes County Sheriff’s deputies located Terry Allen, 60, as he drove away from the home where he allegedly shot at Pamela Allen, 39.

Terry Allen was pulled over near the intersection of Gerking Market Road and Innes Market Road and taken into custody.

Pamela Allen was not struck by the shots, but suffered non-life-threatening injuries from glass broken due to the gunfire.
