Indian demonstrators shout slogans as policemen use water cannons to disperse them during a protest in New Delhi on Saturday. Police also used tear gas to push back thousands of people who tried to march to the presidential mansion to protest the recent gang rape and brutal beating of a 23-year-old student on a moving bus. Outrage over the crime has continued to build across the country and the protesters in New Delhi promised to return in even greater numbers today.
