• Bend’s Misty Holloman will compete in the Special Olympics World Winter Games

In a few weeks, Misty Holloman gets to compete at the highest level of her sport.

Holloman, a 22-year-old Bend resident, is slated to represent Team USA in the 2013 Special Olympics World Winter Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea.

From Jan. 29 through Feb. 5, Holloman, an alpine skier, will join....
