“Most sno-parks are not functioning at this point for winter," said Chris Sabo, U.S. Forest Service trails specialist.
The sno-parks currently operational are Dutchman Flat, in fair condition (18-20 inches of snow), and Vista Butte and Swampy Lakes, both with marginal conditions.
