Board denies parole to Seaside killer

ASTORIA — A man convicted of killing a Chicago couple in 1991 in Seaside will remain in prison.

The state Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision ruled Tuesday that Andrew Metz is not likely to be rehabilitated.
