A walking event to raise money for Lou Gehrig’s Disease will be held Sept. 8 at Riverbend Park in Bend.
The walk, which is part of a statewide campaign to raise money for the neurodegenerative disease also known as ALS, will start at noon. The non-competitive walk is two miles.
