City, River's Edge close to settling

Developer pledges to drop lawsuit for a 7-year extension and sewer rights

The developer of River’s Edge golf course, homes and the Riverhouse Convention Center in northwest Bend is poised to drop a lawsuit against the city in exchange for a seven-year extension of a development agreement for the project.
