PORTLAND — A 22-year-old Gresham man was sentenced Monday in Portland to 18 years in prison for causing the death of his girlfriend’s baby girl.

KATU reports Jeffrey Locker agreed to the sentence as part of a plea agreement. He had been charged with murder but pleaded guilty....
