PORTLAND — Discarded fireworks ignited a fire in a garbage truck in Portland.

Portland Fire and Rescue found flames coming from the truck Wednesday afternoon with a mattress and other trash burning.

The driver said he recently picked up a trash bin with fireworks debris then noticed....
