PORTLAND — The Multnomah County sheriff’s office says a body found in the Willamette River in Portland is that of a 30-year-old Oregon City man reported missing earlier this month.

The county medical examiner identified the body Monday as that of Harold Leroy Murrain. He was reported missing....
