REACHING A MILESTONE

The 11th graduating class at OSU-Cascades is the biggest yet — and more growth is expected this fall

The biggest OSU-Cascades graduation to date filled Drake Park in downtown Bend on Saturday afternoon, with degrees awarded to 314 students.

Commencement for the school's 11th graduating class comes at what OSU-Cascades Vice President Becky Johnson called “a remarkable time” for the university.....
