LONDON — A day after spending several hours in the biting cold atop a royal barge on the Thames, Prince Philip, the 90-year-old husband of Queen Elizabeth II, was taken to a hospital on Monday suffering from what a Buckingham Palace spokesman described as a bladder infection.
