Seneca Sawmill Co. was in talks to buy the lumber mill in Noti before the Coos Bay-to-Eugene railroad line opened, back when the mill was still trucking its products to Junction City and loading them onto rail cars there.
Seneca General Manager Rick Re said the company was prepared to continue....
