A complaint filed by Deschutes County District Attorney Patrick Flaherty’s wife is baseless, say county employees and attorneys she accuses of lying to lawyers looking into Flaherty’s conduct during a grand jury investigation last year.
Local defense attorney Valerie Wright filed the complaint....
