Bend-La Pine $8M short for 2012-13

Bend-La Pine Schools will receive about the same amount of state funding next year as it did this year, according to Superintendent Ron Wilkinson.

Because of several contractual agreements, however, the district faces an $8 million shortfall for the 2012-13 budget.
