Q: I've heard that mackerel is abundant and low in mercury. How do you suggest I prepare it?
A: Mackerel is indeed plentiful, so it is a good choice from an ecological standpoint. The fish is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, niacin, and vitamins B6 and B12.
But only one type, Atlantic....
