Locked up, dog will get its day in court

Family appeals board's ruling that Tess killed chickens

For the past four months, a Terrebonne family's dog has been locked up at the Redmond Humane Society for a crime they say she didn't commit.

Monday, the family is headed to court to appeal the ruling by the Deschutes County Dog Control Board that put their dog behind bars.
