Chow owner to open pizzeria

Bend restaurateur David Touvell is cooking up a new pizzeria.

Touvell, who most recently established the northwest Bend restaurant Chow, plans to hold soft openings in late March for his latest venture, Local Slice, in the Brookswood Meadow Plaza shopping center in southwest Bend.
