Tobin Blake has been meditating for 20 years. Twice a day he sits for about 10 minutes, quiets his mental chatter and turns his attention inward. When he does it in the morning, he sets an intention for his day. At night, he said, meditating “gets rid of the garbage I’ve collected.”
But everyday....
